William Fry appoints Alma Campion as consultant

William Fry has appointed Alma Campion as consultant in its banking-and-finance team.

Campion brings more than 18 years' experience as a finance and capital-markets lawyer, advising domestic and international banks, financial institutions, and corporates on cross-border leveraged finance, acquisition finance, project finance, and property-finance transactions, as well as deleveraging projects, restructurings, and related regulatory work.

Knowledge systems

She joins from Matheson, where she was a partner and led the knowledge-management and innovation function.
