Fieldfisher promotes Jamie Woodcock to partner
Fieldfisher Ireland LLP has announced the promotion of Jamie Woodcock to partner in its corporate and commercial practice in Dublin.
This is an internal promotion – Woodcock joined the firm in 2015.
He acts for a broad mixture of Irish and international businesses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements and restructurings, and is known for providing practical, commercial advice tailored to clients’ objectives.

He has expertise advising technology companies and start-ups, as well as renewable-energy developers and funders, and advises on corporate-governance issues, supporting boards on decision-making, compliance, and risk management.
