Courts Service event on wardship discharges
The Courts Service is to hold an information session for practitioners later this month on discharges from wardship.
Existing wards of court are due to be discharged under the Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act 2015 by April next year.
The event takes place on Wednesday 26 November (3.30pm to 5pm).
The speakers are:
- Alice White (registrar of wards of court), and
- Marie-Claire Butler (general solicitor for minors and wards of court).
