Solicitor to be legal counsel at nursing regulator
Lawyer Yvanne Kennedy, who has spent eight years at Mason Hayes & Curran, is moving to become acting director of fitness to practise, as well as legal counsel, at the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
Investigations
Kennedy worked on the public, regulatory, and investigations team at MHC, and recently was a participant in the Law Society Women in Leadership programme, from which she said she benefitted enormously.
