Phoenix Law to act for Marian McGlinchey
Phoenix Law has said it will act for Marian McGlinchey (née Price) in formal legal proceedings that have been issued against Walt Disney and Minim Productions Limited following the ‘Say Nothing’ series.
Victoria Haddock, solicitor at Phoenix Law, said: “Our client should not be placed in the position of having to take formal legal action to vindicate her reputation.”
She added that the law firm would be seeking to hold all responsible parties to account.
