Johnson Hana has expanded its delivery, eDiscovery, finance, and commercial functions following its acquisition by global legal-technology company, Eudia.
“This moment represents more than just headcount growth; it’s about assembling a world-class team that shares our vision to fundamentally transform how legal work is delivered,” said chief executive and founder Dan Fox.
“Powered by Eudia, we are scaling with purpose – combining technology, people and process to challenge the traditional alternative legal service providers (ALSP) model and deliver true value to in-house legal teams.”
This growth would accelerate in H2, backed by $20 million in growth funding and a fund for strategic acquisitions, the firm stated.
“Over the next six months, we will continue expanding our HQ operations and expect to double our team members at our Dublin headquarters, while also targeting the addition of 500+ legal professionals across multiple global locations by year-end,” Fox said.
Johnson Hana’s eDiscovery function is led by Deirdre Ryan – formerly lead eDiscovery Specialist at A&L Goodbody and a board member of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) Ireland.
