ALG ‘Company of the Year’ for diversity
Law firm A&L Goodbody LLP (ALG) has won the Company of the Year Award at the National Diversity and Inclusion Awards 2025 in Dublin.
Organised by the Irish Centre for Diversity, the awards celebrate outstanding achievements in advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
The judges commended the “maturity and completeness” of ALG’s strategy, and the thoughtfulness of its initiatives, both internal and in the community.
David Widger (ALG managing partner) said: “We pride ourselves on being as inclusive as possible and providing a working environment that allows anyone to flourish, no matter who they are.”
