January change at Dublin Combined Civil Offices

The Courts Service says that all Dublin Combined Civil Offices (except the Stamp Office) will move to an appointment-only system for public counter services from 5 January.

From that date, appointments must be booked online through the Courts Service website.

This change is part of the courts body’s transition to the Unified Case Management System (UCMS) in 2026.

Also starting from 5 January, all public counters in the Dublin Civil Offices will operate on a trial basis, with new opening hours of 9.30am to 3.30pm (no lunchtime closure).
