David Widger re-elected as ALG managing partner

David Widger has been re-elected by the partners of A&L Goodbody LLP (ALG) to serve a second four-year term as managing partner, commencing May 2026.

Widger commented: “It has been an immense privilege over the last four years to work with the brilliant and ambitious people we have in ALG. We pride ourselves on building close relationships with our clients and delivering the highest quality legal service.

"I’m very much looking forward to the next four years as we navigate and adapt to the rapidly changing external market environment.”

Other recent international recognition includes being named Irish Law Firm of the Year 2025 by Chambers Europe and Company of the Year 2025 at the National Diversity & Inclusion Awards.
