Rooftop venue for LILA summer drinks party
The fifth annual London Irish Lawyers Association summer party will take place in May.
Starting at 6pm on Thursday 22 May at the spectacular Radio Rooftop at ME London on The Strand, guests can watch the sunset over Covent Garden, sip a cold drink, and enjoy music until 1am.
The event is supported by Strangford Search, a specialist legal-search firm based in London.
A donation from the sale of each ticket will be made to Irish Community Services, a charity providing resources and support to the diaspora in south London.
Tickets are priced at £50 and are available from Eventbrite.
A limited number of individual tickets available at £20 per ticket for those members who need them due to financial circumstances, limited to one per member.
If oversubscribed, requests will be anonymously balloted.

In-house legal breakfast
Meanwhile, LILA will host its second in-house legal breakfast at the Fieldfisher London office at Riverbank House overlooking the Thames on Thursday 8 May.
The topic is developments of relevance for in-house lawyers when dealing with ESG issues.
Speakers include:
- Cheryl Cole, head of legal at Yoto,
- Karen Stapleton, general counsel at Network Rail,
- Shane O'Neill, assistant general counsel at Norsk Titanium.
Tea, coffee and breakfast refreshment will be provided with arrival from 8.45am, with speakers to finish by approximately 9.50am.
