Browne Jacobson adds to corporate team
Browne Jacobson has appointed principal associate James Byrne to the firm’s Dublin office.
Byrne practises in the areas of corporate and commercial law and has over 12 years’ experience in a wide range of transactions – including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and re-organisations/restructuring.
The appointment bolsters the UK & Ireland law firm’s growing Irish team following a number of recent appointments – including that of partner William Darmody to lead the team
Relocated
The firm launched its Irish office in Dublin in late 2022, and has since relocated to a larger premises at 2 Hume Street, Dublin 2.
