Two new partners at EY Law Ireland

EY Ireland has announced that Aidan Lawlor and Conor O'Dwyer have joined EY Law Ireland as equity partners.

Both lawyers have more than 20 years’ experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate-finance and equity-capital markets, joint ventures, restructurings, and corporate governance.

Lawlor and O’Dwyer are both joining EY Law Ireland from McCann FitzGerald LLP, where they were corporate partners.

‘Leading experts’

EY Ireland launched its Irish law practice in 2021.

Alan Murphy (head of EY Law Ireland) described the firm’s two new partners as “leading experts” in their fields, adding that they were joining its corporate practice at a time of “significant growth”.

“Aidan and Conor bring deep experience of complex and innovative transactions, and leading large teams to deliver first-class legal services for clients, and their razor-sharp commercial and legal insights will be a great addition to our extensive client offerings,” he stated.
