New corporate, dispute-resolution partners at RDJ

New RDJ partners in two practice areas

Cork-based law firm RDJ has appointed two new partners across its corporate-and-commercial and dispute-resolution practices.

The new partners are Louise Boughton (dispute resolution) and Sarah Slevin (corporate and commercial).

Jamie Olden (managing partner, RDJ) described them as “talented solicitors”, who had shown “exemplary commitment” to the firm and its clients.

Insurance defence

Broughton specialises in the area of insurance defence, and has advised and defended State authorities in relation to liability claims initiated against the State in the Circuit Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court.

She also advises self-insured entities and insurers in both the Irish and UK jurisdictions.

Slevin has expertise in M&A and corporate finance, but also practises in the areas of cyber, data protection, technology, and artificial intelligence (AI).

Her advisory work covers all business challenges faced by organisations – including commercial matters, contracting, IP protection, governance, and compliance.
