Christmas schedule out for Dublin District Courts

The Courts Service has given details of opening hours for Dublin’s District Courts over the Christmas period. 

Court number one at the Criminal Courts of Justice will sit for summary criminal business on the following days (all start at 10.30am):

• Monday 23 December,
• Thursday 26 December,
• Friday 27 December,
• Monday 30 December,
• Tuesday 31 December, and
• Wednesday 1 January 2025. 

The dates for court number two are (all start at 10.30am):

• Monday 23 December,
• Tuesday 24 December,
• Thursday 26 December,
• Friday 27 December,
• Saturday 28 December,
• Monday 30 December, and
• Wednesday 1 January 2025. 

The courthouse at Cloverhill will also sit for summary criminal business, starting at 10.30am, on Friday 27 December. 

Family law 

Court number 41 at Dolphin House will sit for family-law business, starting at 10.30am, on the following days:

• Tuesday 24 December,
• Friday 27 December,
• Monday 30 December, and
• Tuesday 31 December. 

Court number 44 at Chancery Street will sit for child-care business on the following days (10.30am start):

• Monday 23 December,
• Friday 27 December, and
• Monday 30 December. 

Opening hours for the Combined Civil Office of the Dublin Circuit Court were published last week.
