Co Kildare firm Powderly Solicitors LLP has named Eoghan O’Sullivan as a partner specialising in criminal defence and childcare law.
Qualified since 2017, O’Sullivan is experienced in criminal-defence work, including Garda station detention advice.
He works in voice-of-the-child matters through their court-appointed guardian ad litem on care-order applications.
Eoghan O’Sullivan is also a Law Society lecturer on District Court criminal procedure.
