Law Society in top 100 for wellbeing at work

The Law Society of Ireland has been included in the Leading in Wellbeing top 100 company index for 2024.

The list, compiled by business group IBEC in association with Business & Finance, recognises organisations of all sizes that have improved their performance in supporting employee mental health and wellbeing.

The index comprises only companies that hold an active KeepWell Mark accreditation, awarded to firms that achieve certain standards in key areas of workplace wellbeing.

‘Walk and talk’

The release of the index came ahead of tomorrow’s IBEC’s Workplace Wellbeing Day today (26 April).

The Law Society is dedicating the day for staff to focus on their mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.

The organisation’s Vitality Committee has put together an itinerary of activities and sessions designed to support wellbeing – including a 5km ‘walk and talk’ in Dublin’s Phoenix Park at 7.30am, starting at the Hole in the Wall pub car park.
