DSS sets out policy for paper-based applications

The Decision Support Service (DSS) has finalised an accessibility policy, which becomes effective on 30 April.

The circumstances in which an applicant may use the manual paper-based process have now been set out.

Submit forms

In general, applicants use the My DSS portal to access, create, and submit forms and documents electronically.

The DSS has also created videos to explain to those using the My DSS portal how to create and register enduring powers of attorney.
