Taylor Wessing has recently advised French real-estate investment company Corum Eurion on its €80 million acquisition of George's Quay House.

The prime office development is home to Fidelity, WeWork and the Citizens’ Information Board.

The deal was managed by real-estate partner Órlaith Molloy.

The firm also advised Verdane, the European specialist growth investor, on its €26 million acquisition of a majority interest in UrbanVolt, the Ireland-based clean-energy company.

This significant investment means the company has raised over €200 million in debt and equity to date, and it will further power UrbanVolt’s rapid solar-energy expansion in the Irish, British and European markets.

The team was led by managing partner Adam Griffiths, of counsel Dannie Hanna, and associate Ameer Gazder.

Taylor Wessing also advised Mail Metrics, a specialist in outsourced customer communications, on its acquisition of Dafil, a provider of secure print and mail communications.

The Dublin office specialises in M&A, private equity, venture-capital transactions, banking and finance, and real estate – primarily working with clients in technology, media and communications, and life sciences and healthcare.
