Matheson promotes 14 lawyers to be partners

Matheson LLP has promoted 14 lawyers to become partners across nine different practice areas.

The firm says that the latest appointments bring the total number of partners and tax principals in the firm to 121.

The new partners have already taken up their positions.

Three – Alan Bunbury and Finnbahr Boyle (finance and capital markets) and Ian O'Mara (financial institutions) – are based in Matheson's new London office.

‘Continued growth’

Michael Jackson (managing partner) said: “It is particularly pleasing to see such a large and diverse range of practice areas represented in these appointments, something which reflects the broad sectoral composition of our client base, and the continued growth and success of the firm across all practice areas."
