Law Society Psychological Services are committed to supporting psychological wellness in the legal profession which includes the delivery of services to support high-risk aspects of professional life such as eating disorders.
A counselling support service is available throughout the legal life cycle for anyone who may be affected by or is supporting someone with an eating disorder.
At the trainee level, an experienced team of counsellors who are specially trained in eating disorders also received additional training with BodyWhys recently.
Confidential counselling and mental-health support is available to all Law Society members, practising certificate holders and post PPC II trainees through the LegalMind Service, run independently from the Law Society.
