Vacation arrangements for District Court set out
The Courts Service has given details of arrangements for provincial District Court sittings during the long vacation period.
The District Court (Days and Hours) (August Sittings) Order 2023 sets out the venues, days and hours of sittings for each district.
It comes into effect on 1 August.
The courts body made the order after consultation with the President of the District Court.
