The Law Society Diploma Centre has a number of courses starting in March.
The Certificate in Commercial Contracts gives a grounding in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements. It begins on 4 March.
The Certificate in Charity Law, Trusteeship and Governance is a collaboration between the Law Society of Ireland and The Wheel, and gives practitioners an overview of the law and best practice in the relevant areas. It begins on 10 March.
The Certificate in Assisted Decision-Making Capacity ensures practitioners are fully conversant with the requirements of the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015, including supporting decision-making. It begins on 28 March.
The award-winning Diploma Centre courses are open to solicitors, trainees, barristers, and suitably qualified professionals.
