Cork-based corporate-law firm RDJ has announced the appointment of four partners across its practice areas.
The new partners are:
Jamie Olden (managing partner) said that the firm was continuing to invest in its banking-and-finance, data-protection, litigation, and dispute-resolution practices to meet demand from clients across its network.
Tomás McDonagh specialises in dispute resolution and insurance, and has significant experience in defence litigation, handling a diverse portfolio of cases in all court jurisdictions. He specialises in the conduct of litigation on behalf of insurance companies and self-insured companies.
Brian Morrissey is part of RDJ’s dispute resolution team, and specialises in insurance-defence litigation. He advises many insurance companies and self-insured multi-national companies in the area of personal-injury litigation, product liability, and material-damage claims.
Jennifer Noctor has extensive experience in advising RDJ’s clients on cyber-security and data protection, in addition to complex commercial and technology-based litigation.
Noctor advises companies and State bodies on a broad range of data-protection and privacy issues.
Aisling O’Donovan advises several leading domestic and international banks, financial institutions, and non-bank lenders on bilateral and syndicated facilities. She provides banking legal advice to some leading Irish companies, property investors, and developers.
