Law Society webinar on high-impact professionals

The third webinar of a series on high-impact professionals will take place next week.

The webinar will be delivered by Law Society Psychological Services in partnership with Law Society Professional Training.

‘Building High-impact Habits’ takes place on Thursday 14 December (12.30pm to 1.30pm) and is open for registration. It is worth one CPD hour.

Speakers will look at habits and strategies to support high-impact performance.

Topics and speakers

The key conversation areas include:

  • The psychology of habit formation,
  • Importance of routine and healthy habits to enhance individual and team performance, and
  • How habits influence legal workplace culture.

Teri Kelly (Law Society Director of Representation and Member Services) will chair the event.

The speakers are:

  • Anne Marie Kennedy (qualified sport, exercise, and performance psychologist accredited by the British Psychological Society, the Psychological Society of Ireland, and the Sport Ireland Institute),
  • Aoife McNickle (barrister and member of the Bar of Ireland’s Equality and Resilience Committee), and
  • Jason Murphy (Centrus Group board member).
