Three new partners in Dentons’ Dublin office

International law firm Dentons is to promote three lawyers to become partners in its Dublin office.

Tom Dalton will be a partner in the real-estate team, while Gemma Freeman (disputes) and Donal Keane (banking) will also be promoted.

The moves, which take effect on 1 May, are part of a round of 13 partner promotions in the firm’s Britain, Ireland and Middle East region.

New partners

Dalton is currently a managing associate in the real-estate practice in Dublin, and specialises in commercial property.

Freeman, a member of the Dentons team that covers dispute-resolution and Insolvency, specialises in insolvency, litigation linked to corporate recovery, and shareholder disputes.

Keane is a senior associate in the Dublin office, and a member of the finance practice, with experience in a broad range of aviation-related matters.
