International law firm Simmons & Simmons has advised Waystone Group on its agreement to acquire the British and Irish businesses of Link Fund Solutions (LFS), subject to regulatory approvals.

The complex transaction was led by the British and Irish corporate and funds teams including David Brangam (Ireland M&A)and James McKnight (Ireland funds).
