Keenan joins Company Law Review Group
Pinsent Masons’ partner Neil Keenan has been appointed to the Company Law Review Group (CLRG).
Keenan will serve as the Law Society’s representative for a four-year term, after his appointment by Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, Leo Varadkar.
Commercial probity
The statutory advisory expert body is charged with advising the minister on the development of company law in Ireland. It seeks to promote enterprise, facilitate commerce, and encourage commercial probity.
Neil Keenan has almost three decades of experience as a corporate lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, corporate governance, and share-incentive schemes.
He has acted on many corporate transactions in the energy, life sciences, and technology sectors in particular.
