Dillon Eustace LLP has appointed Brendan Cunnane, Grace O’Connor and Alanna Hannon as partners.
Cunnane, who has become a partner in the firm’s real estate practice, advises on Irish real estate acquisitions, disposals, financing and development projects.
He formerly worked with the National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) and another Irish law firm.
O’Connor provides legal and regulatory advice to fund management companies on all types of investment funds.
Hannon, also in asset management and investment funds, represents a wide variety of domestic and global investment managers, fund management companies and other service providers to the Irish funds industry.
