Law Society one-day workshop on project management

Places are still available on a one-day workshop on project management, which is being held in-person at the Law Society on 1 September 2022.

Participants will learn how to manage projects efficiently from inception to completion.

The focus of the event, organised by Law Society Skillnet, will be on the key stages of a project – including team development, developing communication and inter-personal skills, setting priorities, and managing time effectively.

Assertive behaviour

At the end of the workshop, participants will have developed the skills to successfully manage a project from inception to completion, understand the stages in team development, and develop key communication and inter-personal skills.

They will also be able to recognise the importance of assertive behaviour and develop skills to manage conflict and negotiate successfully.
