William Fry moves to bigger London office

The London office of William Fry has moved to 55 Bartholomew Close, London, adjacent to Smithfield and Clerkenwell.

The move comes as the London team grows to eight full-time staff – including four resident partners.

The London office provides Irish legal and tax advice to British and international companies and their advisers with interests in Ireland.

Flow of lawyers

The office also advises Irish corporates doing business in the UK on Irish legal and tax matters, with a focus on corporate M&A and private equity.

Office head Ivor Banim said the premises would accommodate the regular flow of lawyers travelling to London, as well as future team expansion.
