Sympathies

We extend our deepest sympathies to Patrick’s son, Niall, who is the managing partner of Patrick J Farrell and Company Solicitors, and to the solicitors and staff of the firm.

Emma Farrell, granddaughter of the late Patrick J Farrell, and daughter of Niall is the third generation of the family to work at the Newbridge practice.

Niall, who qualified as a solicitor in 1988, was a member of the Council of the Law Society of Ireland for many years, and has been chairman of many of the Society’s committees.

He is currently chairman of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal, is a member of the Incorporated Council for Law Reporting in Ireland (which produces the official record of court judgments), and is a member of the Courts Martial Rules Committee. He chairs Mental Health Tribunals for the Mental Health Commission. He is a director of a number of charities.
