Solicitor Luke Hanahoe has been re-elected as President of County Kildare Chamber, which represents 400 companies employing over 39,000 workers throughout the mid-east region.
Hanahoe said he is excited about the year ahead and is looking forward to working with all key stakeholders to ensure that Kildare remains one of the country’s leading growth centres.
Over the next few months, the Chamber will undertake trade visits to both Dubai and Boston as they continue to promote Kildare and seek to attract new business to the county.
“Reacting to the needs of our members, we are in the process of recruiting for a policy executive to join the Chamber team,” the Naas solicitor added.
“This will further strengthen our role as policy drivers in the county and will have a particular focus on strengthening our engagement with local and national Government.”
Kildare Chamber has recently invested €40,000 in the renovation of its office iHub, which is home to eight high-potential businesses.
