Philip Lee appoints two new partners

Commercial-law firm Philip Lee has appointed two new partners in its banking-and-finance division.

Louis Burke (main picture) is an experienced finance lawyer, who specialises in development, property, acquisitions, restructuring and asset-based lending.

Before joining Philip Lee, he was a partner in the Dublin office of an international law firm.

Ruairí Mac Cumhaill (small picture) has extensive experience in acting for financial institutions, alternative lenders, and borrowers in relation to syndicated lending, property finance, acquisitions, and general corporate lending.

Mac Cumhaill is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, and the Donegal Dublin Business Network.
