CKT appoints Karen Tobin as partner

Irish legal firm Comyn Kelleher Tobin LLP (CKT) has announced the appointment of Karen Tobin (pictured) as its newest partner.

Tobin, who has worked for the firm for 25 years, specialises in childcare law and family law – including divorce, judicial separation, civil partnership, cohabitation, nullity, surrogacy, custody and access disputes, and maintenance and domestic-violence disputes.

She qualified as a solicitor in 2011, and became an accredited mediator with the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland (MII) in 2019.

Deborah Moore (CKT managing partner) described Karen Tobin as a valued member of the firm’s team, who was “well known by clients for her efficiency and thoroughness”.

Established in 1981, CKT has offices in Cork and Dublin.
