New head of litigation at LK Shields
LK Shields Solicitors LLP has appointed Jill Callanan (pictured) as its new head of litigation and dispute resolution.
She will lead a team of specialists across a variety of practice areas and sectors, replacing the outgoing head of the department Michael Kavanagh.
Ms Callanan has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, particularly in breach-of-contract, shareholder and property disputes.
Partner since 2009
A partner at LK Shields since 2009, she has also led the firm’s insolvency-and-restructuring practice for the last number of years.
The firm’s managing partner, David Williams, said the appointment was part of its continuing growth and development.
