Circuit Court infant ruling list for 23 July
The Circuit Court has published a list of infant rulings to be heard remotely, before Judge O’Connor, on Friday 23 July, at 10am.
The full list is available in the Legal Diary on the Courts Service website.
All parties in attendance must make their presence known to the court, starting with the applicant.
Recordings not permitted
Those not addressing the court must mute their microphones, and anyone not a party to the application must also turn off their camera.
Audio or video recordings, photographs or images of any aspect of the proceedings are not permitted.
