High Court practice notices
Practitioners have been informed that High Court Orders 87 and 88 relating to Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) and wardship are discontinued as of 6 July 2020.
These orders temporarily dispensed with the requirement for personal service of a notice of Application for Registration of EPA on the donor (Order 87) and Order of Inquiry on the respondent (Order 88).
These orders have both been discontinued and personal service is now required.
