Free safety-at-work training now available for solicitors

SMEs are looking to solicitors for advice on the legal implications of their proposed return to work safely protocols including continued remote working.

This requires extensive up-to-date knowledge of safety, health and welfare at work legislation, case law and best practice and employment and occupiers’ liability law relevant to this area.

To assist solicitors to advise clients, Law Society Finuas Skillnet is launching a new, free, Safety, Health and Welfare at Work MasterClass available from 20 July until 30 September via our LegalEDTalks online hub.
