Matheson signs up to new ‘mindful business’ charter

Law firm Matheson has become a signatory to the Mindful Business Charter, a set of principles aimed at supporting mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

First launched in October 2018, the charter is a collaboration between a number of financial services businesses and law firms in Ireland and the UK.

Objective

Its objective is to reduce unnecessary sources of workplace stress and to promote healthy and effective ways of working.

Matheson Managing Partner Michael Jackson said the practices articulated by the charter could not be more relevant than they are now, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
