DLA Piper acts on Dublin’s Bishops’ Square transaction

DLA Piper has acted in a transaction for the purchase of Bishop’s Square in Dublin 8.

DLA Piper advised the real estate investment arm of Allianz Group, Allianz Real Estate GmbH, on the investment vehicle financing managed by GLL Real Estate Partners.

The property is a substantial 153,558 sq ft office building located just off Dublin's Aungier Street/Camden Street junction.
