Construction contracts adjudication resumes
The Construction Contracts Adjudication Service (CCAS) has resumed operations to process applications for appointments of adjudicators under the Construction Contracts Act 2013.
Due to the ongoing restrictions in place, the service may not be able to process applications strictly within the seven-day timeframe as set out in the handbook.
CCAS will endeavour to operate as efficiently as the circumstances allow.
The CCAS is a section of the Workplace Regulation and Economic Migration Division.
