Housing law training on offer to lawyers

Mercy Law Resource Centre (MLRC) is running another training session in housing law next Monday at the Sophia Housing Complex, 25 Cork Street, Dublin 8

Participants will be provided with the full MLRC training manual.

The following topics from the manual will be covered in the training session:

  • The housing list and priority on the housing list,
  • Homelessness,
  • Rent,
  • HAP (housing assistance payment),
  • Standards of housing and the duty of maintenance,
  • Anti-social behaviour and estate management,
  • Evictions,
  • Equality,
  • Case studies.

The training session will run from 2-5.30pm and costs €70 per person.
