Matheson has announced that David Fitzgibbon has joined the firm’s corporate M&A team as partner.

Fitzgibbon is one of Ireland’s most experienced M&A and capital markets lawyers, and has advised on many notable transactions. 

He specialises in corporate and securities laws and mergers and acquisitions, advising on public and private transactions as well as equity capital markets transactions and private equity.

He also has extensive experience advising international clients on doing business in Ireland including advising on acquisitions, compliance and governance rules, corporate migrations, cross-border mergers, joint ventures and reorganisations.
