Keane McDonald, the specialist legal recruitment firm in Dublin, has hired an international legal recruitment manager.
The firm has reached its 15th year in business and says the legal market in Ireland continues to thrive, with a shortage of top-calibre lawyers.
Ciaran O’Connell steps into the new role, with a brief to assist lawyers who are overseas and want to return to Ireland. He will also work with lawyers looking for international experience.
Ciaran will work across a number of jurisdictions, including Britain, Asia, Australia and the Middle East.
Along with the expansion of the Dublin team, Keane McDonald’s Sydney office is also expanding with two new hires. The Australian office, run by company managing director Yvonne Kelly, creates a link between Irish lawyers looking to relocate and the demand from clients for top-calibre overseas lawyers.
“We invest considerable time in understanding our clients, their organisational culture and their specific requirements,” says Yvonne. “With the expansion of Keane McDonald, we hope to continue to deliver a first-class service to clients and candidates alike.”
