Cancelled Sligo Circuit Court sitting rescheduled
This week’s sitting of Sligo Circuit Court was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
However, the sitting has been rescheduled for the week commencing 10 November.
Lists
All affected cases will now be listed for mention before the County Registrar on 13 November where the lists will be fixed.
On the same day, practitioners should be in a position to outline to the County Registrar the amount of hearing time required, the approximate number of witnesses to give evidence, and any particular difficulties with certain dates.
