Arthur Cox has named Elizabeth Upton as ‘of counsel’ to the firm. ‘Of counsel’ is a non-associate, non-partner role.
Elizabeth is a member of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution group and has extensive experience in defending mass claims and managing high-value and complex commercial disputes.
Her particular areas of expertise include competition litigation and product liability, commercial property and professional negligence claims.
Managing partner Brian O’Gorman said: “Elizabeth has demonstrated outstanding legal expertise and a commitment to the firm and our clients.
"Her appointment demonstrates the tremendous depth of talent present in the wider Arthur Cox team and the firm’s continuing development of our lawyers.”
