Arthur Cox has named Eileen Burns to lead its legal tech and innovation services group.
Prior to joining the firm, Eileen spent almost 20 years with consultancy giant Accenture, focusing on digital transformation.
The Arthur Cox legal tech group will focus on large-scale, data-intensive projects and harness the firm’s significant investment in legal-tech software, especially in due diligence, contract reviews, regulatory investigations and data access requests.
Managing partner Brian O’Gorman said that the appointment would deliver the next generation of legal services to clients.
Ms Burns said that recent advances in legal tech mean there has never been a more important time to address client challenges in a way that goes beyond the traditional law firm approach.
