Drugs task force briefing for western solicitors
All western seaboard solicitors are invited to a short meeting with the Western Region Drugs and Alcohol Task Force in Galway court room 2 tomorrow morning at 9:45am, the Galway Solicitors’ Bar Association has announced.
Behaviour change
This is to discuss the rollout of the Prime for Life programme – an evidence-based way to motivate drug and alcohol behaviour change.
The WRDTF was established to research and implement a co-ordinated, regionally appropriate response to substance misuse.
Reduce harm
The aim is to significantly reduce the harm caused to individuals and society by the misuse of drugs through a concerted focus on supply reduction, prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and research.
All members are invited to attend.
