A useful document is available to help practitioners completing the Statement of Affairs (Probate) Form SA 2.

Revenue form SA 2 guidance

The Probate, Administration & Trusts Committee has been in on-going communication with the Revenue Commissioners and would like to make the next collection of useful guidance and “tips” on completing the Statement of Affairs (Probate) Form SA 2 available to colleagues.
