The Single Resolution Board (SRB) is planning to award a Multiple Framework Service Contract for the provision of legal advice.

Background

The Single Resolution Board (SRB) is the central resolution authority within the Banking Union, which incorporates 19 eurozone countries, as well as Bulgaria and Croatia.

Its mission is to ensure an orderly resolution of failing banks, working closely with the European Commission, the European Central Bank, the European Banking Authority and national authorities.

Competition

The SRB aims to establish a multiple framework service contract with several contractors (up to a maximum of eight) for the provision of legal services.

The legal services will cover legal advice and assistance to the SRB Board in the fields outlined in the tender specifications, with a total maximum budget of €14m over four years. The deadline for tenders is 7 February 2022.
